Can A Gold Bug Find Coins Other Than Gold?

HI, i got a original gold bug the other day and am mainly a coin shooter. Is the gold bug good at finding coins that are not gold?

metal detectors report on things made of metal. It is excellent at finding coins too and not just gold nuggets of smaller sizes. For trashy ares use a smaller sniper coil for best results and speed of recovery.

Now i don't understand what gold bug you have........... Do you mean the original gold bug they just put out like the SE & pro the first one of them... OR the first Gold bug put out years ago ? What original

I was wondering the same thing Keppy.

If it is the original Gold Bug, then yes, it will find silver/clad coins, just not at the same depths as a more dedicated coin machines.
