Camp cody dump Sunday hunt

NM Dan and other friend and I went out to camp Cody dump today and hunted all day and our finds were , NM Dan found buttons and nice Minnesota token, our friend found a beat up barber and other relics and I found two IH a 1900 and a1906, but the strangest find was a signal that was 12-22/23 on the etrac and out comes out what I a believe a coin , but 12-22 reading to low for silver, so I put in my pouch and forgot about it. I got home and cleaned my coin and turns to be a barber, wow what a surprise, a 12-22 signal silver, i will post the rest of my finds they getting cleaned

What a great day of hunting Jimmy, I'll add to your post, I got my finds cleaned up as well. I'm looking forward getting back out there, the Etracs did a great job in all that trash.

If the buttons and Collar emblem (Enlisted, MG stands for Machine Gun) were found together, they probably date back to 1917 (WWI), The collar emblem was for the 135th Machine gun Battalion. Here is a link with some good information:
