Hey guys,

Found this fossil while metal detecting along a river here in Charleston, SC. While I have found quite a few megaladon teeth in the area, this fossil is definitely unique. It is about 2 inches in length and arches towards the point. Feels like a gator claw or tooth to me...any ideas??

There is a fossil forum on here that might be able to help you out try and post it there.
