I have found this object at a place where the old man that lived there years ago worked on old fords. I am talking model T and A's. I believe it could be a side step off of one of these vehicles. It is a bracket that I think goes directly to the frame and the step is made out of pot metal. If anybody can help with this and once identified knows someone who would need it for a restore let me know.
