This is actually really good.We made it for Christmas. Considering I eat hot sause on everything.enjoy!

2 bunches chopped green onions
1 small jar chopped green olives
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
sliced lettuce
2 cans refried beans
1 package of taco seasoning or your favorite homemade seasoning
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
2 packages frozen avocado dip
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 small can green chilies
1 pint basket cherry tomatoes, quartered
chips
hot sauce

In a small bowl, mix the chopped green onions, ripe olives, green olives, and green bell pepper.

In another bowl, mix refried beans with the taco seasoning.

Layer lettuce slices, bean mixture, vegetables, tomatoes, and grated cheese. Serve with chips and hot sauce.

Sounds good, I'll let you know how it turns out. I love good spicy food but it has to have a good flavor to it. If it's hot just for the sake of being hot I'll pass. I used to run a Tex/Mex restaurant and we had some really good dips and sauces. I'll see if I can find some of those recipes and share. Thanks Charlie

Sounds fabulous lil Gyps! I will have to try and remember to get the ingredients the next time I am grocery shopping so we can try it! I sure miss you and Chey!! ~hugs~
