10 months AFTER they were required by the state and STILL not a single word on their hypothetical "dredge mining permit application form". Same same as CFW 7 year scam NOW they want a CEQA style review-with no money and that makes the in the same 7 year $ 5 million+++ to try to do and as CFW guess what golly gee wiz unable to do with that little money and time. My my my in 1994 I was a proud member of the Board who did so in 9 months flat and a lousy $325,000 and it held against a zillion legal onslaughts for over 14 years. As the stomach churns and the dredges rot from no use sic sic sic-John http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/northcoast/board_info/board_meetings/10_2016/

John it is apparent to me that they don't even want to deal with it or even listen to what we want.! They have made that statement and its their mission to end it all for us! And NONE of them are elected BY THE PEOPLE! Theyre just another wacoenviromental group on a mission!

Amen Russ BUT have a hearing is SB from Ochoa in november sooo this fight ain't done by a long haul as surprises abound hahahah giving up is NOT in my DNA-John

Thankfully you and a few others will not give up the fight. Realistically there are a few legal avenues that can turn this thing around,,,, that is if we can get the courts to rule on LAW instead of AGENDA.

Western courts rule by what the wacoenviromentalists tell them to do! If someone don't believe that , they better get their head out of the sand!

Very, very true! That is why we stand a better chance of a favorable decision in the Federal Courts. Hopefully the Feds will not take kindly to California, and now Oregon, stomping all over Federal Law.
