I found this thin (I believe aluminum?) thingy along a railroad track. Any ideas? Both sides are identical with the same information.

No, it's very light weight. Physically, it makes sense that it would go on a wrist watch/band. I do find it interesting how far we have come in our technology in these few years. Imagine having to put a new one of those on your watch each month. (watch..lol..what is that?) Makes me nostalgic for those simpler times. But I'm very happy with modern tech too!
