Does anyone have any pictures of a cache they have found or one they have heard about. I just like to here the stories in hopes that i will find a big one some day... here is a picture of a small cache i found in my yard... the coins (with a one dollar bill) were in a large easter egg burring 2 inches deep, in total there was about 70 pennies, 2 quarters, and a 1995 one dollar bill.

Now this is just cracking me up....who buries their Easter Eggs....Some squirrel had to find that egg and decide to bury it....
....Here are your Easter Shovels Kiddies...go dig up grannies yard.....LOL

Unless of course it was like in JD's or Civilmans yard or something where they are training little Detectorists! hahahah

Lol, i dont know how or why the easter egg got there, before we lived in the house (about 7 years ago) a different family had been living there for the past 100 years, i think they must of had an easter egg hunt and no one found the egg with money in it. Lol, im still looking for a cache of silver, someone must have burried a stash of silver dollars while living here right?

I could have been a kid just buried it playing pirate or something. when I was 10 or so I buried a box with little nicknacks in it. at my parents house. I rmember where it is. I should go dig it up. it was only buried like 3 or 4 inches. like a mini timecapsule.

That's funny.I have an aunt who lives in Georgia. She had a trailer on her property to live in while her house was being built.About 10 years ago she and my 2 cousins buried a time capsule of sorts in her yard.Well she got the house built and the trailer removed from her property now she doesn't know where it's buried.Guess where i'm going when it cools down this fall. She's in a prime location just outside of Savannah, lots of history there,6 acres to hunt.I'm looking forward to it. :)

hey diggum..... give me a hollar and i'll go help ya.. lol
