Ca Gold Rush sight gives up 18th century coin
Hi All 18th century coin, not 16th.
Today I made it back to the spot I found the 1811 5 francs last week. It was a good few hrs. I ended up with a 1736 to 1795 Chinese coin. So two old old coins from this sight!!
Now all I need to find are the old American coins there ![Smiley :) :)](https://www.treasurenet.com/smilies/smiley.gif)
I also ended up finding a old Silver plated spoon that dates back potentially as early as 1840, It reads "Rogers nickel silver"... Also as a piece of a spoon but is pewter so I know that one is more than likely old![icon_thumleft :icon_thumleft: :icon_thumleft:](https://www.treasurenet.com/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif)
Looks like I found half of a brass or copper thing that looks like it could half of a tounge buckle or something. 44 wcf shell that dates a little later. and either a old button or a bridle rosette.
This place will give up lots of hunting as soon as the grass is down. Can't wait to get back there..![hello2 :hello2: :hello2:](https://www.treasurenet.com/smilies/hello2.gif)
