C SCOPE -English Tesoro?

Whats the deal with C Scope? I never really see them mentioned yet the company has been around a long time. Im considering a CS4PI -looks like a really affordable PI machine. Why dont other companies offer a cheap PI dedicated beach machine? I know its not water proof but at that price one doesnt expect it to be.

Kinda in a anolog/PI machine catagory...? Pretty powerful from what I've seen being used on this YouTube channel

Don't know if the guy uses the same model you are considering, but its the first mention of a C Scope that I've seen....
