Buttons, Skinny Eagle facing his left shoulder; ID help, NC 1pc.

Need help w/ the three in left column . Eagle faces his left shoulder. Arrows in his right claw, single branch in his left. Backmark two circles of stars, one piece, soldered shank. Can't tell if shield has "1" or "I", leaning toward "1". 19mm dia. All these found same location.

They look like pre war General Service Eagle I buttons. I'm not sure that I have ever seen the Number 1 on anything newer than 1820s buttons.
 

Ooooh, the top two are CONFEDERATE!! The NC is for North Carolina (rare/valuable) and a tinback Block I for Infantry. SWEET! I'm surprised no one else responded, there are plenty of experts on this forum.
 

looks like you might have overcleaned the I button...

should leave some patina on that thing
