These are the results of my last 2 hunts.

My not so virgin site has all but quieted down. I think I'm done with this site until next spring to see what the frost pops up over the winter.

Today I used my new 6x10 Eclipse DD. I was able to sniff out 2 more buttons at the not so virgin site along the rim of the hole. It was a dreary rainy day & had to break out my emergency poncho in a downpour to stay dry.

At the other site where I got my last Counterfeit KG, I snagged what I thought was another plain flat button but upon cleaning it I was rewarded with a nice designed colonial tombac button.

On the way out I got this bell, which I'm not sure you could classify as a Crotal Bell bell.

HH,
Roger

Hey, the potential of digging something sweet was there...nothing wrong with colonial buttons either...

Incredible buttons. Congrats.:icon_thumleft:

Wow! Amazing variety of flat buttons, love the decorated 'Dandy'! :occasion14:
The bell is a horse harness bell, here are a couple of examples I found this year, although my favs are crotals!

The site definitely has some age to it, worth spending some quality time there for sure.
Interesting bell,
ZDD
