Button US Silver u ever seen one ??

This was found middle of my friends pasture, came out of the ground shinny... the house was built in 1832 was a stagecoach stop... Moreland N.Y. at one time and had 180 apple trees on the place.
There is no back left at all... it is Silver.. and thin as a coin....20 stars round the outside.

I can't remember what this button is but am fairly certain it's early 1900's
