Your specimen looks like two specimens of the Zeolite family, Mordenite and Heulandite. Fresh specimens often have subtle coloration but that can weather out a bit.

Yes it is. It could be either Tompsonite or Mordenite, all I can do is go by the image's unfortunately. Tompsonite does not appear to be as radiant as Mordenite nor does it tend to share space with other zeolites. What I see is very similar to material I collected as a kid in Colorado. There are many varieties of zeolite I found out back then.
