Button info

Hello all, I found this button this morning in Norfolk, uk. I was hoping someone could help with a possible age? The shank is integral cast and not soldered. It was about 8” down in a pasture permission. We have found roman items being the oldest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably a 17th to 18th century civilian button. Nice find.

I'm think it may be older then 17th - 18thc Mike.
We need Crusader to chime in here... Cru would likely be able to tell you the exact day it was made and what the weather was like that day.
