****this is the back of the button. (Says plated) Any help would be appreciated!!

The front is toast and I don’t even want to attempt to try to scrap away at it.

I found these buttons at my GW inaugural button site on a stagecoach road.

This weekend I got 10) buttons from this site. 1) shoe buckle. 1) pendant looking thing?

Only 9) buttons in pictures, one toast one is in the truck.

The button is early 19th century, before 1850. That was a very popular backmark in about the 180-1840 period.
