Button ID

I found this today on a hunt. The button on the left is the one I am most curious about. Does anyone have an idea what it is and how old it may be?
As you can see, it has 2 holes in the button where it was secured onto the clothing.

I'm thinking along the same lines as the other guys, based on it's size, likely a modern cuff or underwear button.

Date wise... likely 1920s - 30s.
