Sorry in advance for the poor pics...my parents...never mind, you probably already understand. My dad eyeballed this in the yard in NE Louisiana. Anyone recognize this? It has a single bent loop on the back. I haven’t seen it in person yet, and can’t make out the words.

As Bigcy mentions in that thread, the motto SPECTEMUR AGENDO is across the bottom (Latin for “let us be judged by our acts”)
