I found this about a month ago. Measures 7/8 of an inch in diameter and the back is marked "Extra Quality".

Anyone know what JTCo is?

I found a group of buttons with that design listed on ebay as from the Johnstown Traction Company in Johnstown, PA. Uniform buttons for trolley car / streetcar employees.
