Hi all,

I never scrolled around in the forum past my usual places I look. But when I found this, I realized I could have posted my find on this thread instead of on the general “metal detecting” thread.

So, I will repeat my past post I put on the metal detecting forum. Could someone ID this button? It may not be old at all, but it was found on an old 1800s property. Any ideas of what It could be?

Thanks all.

Looks like a very modern blazer button.

Thanks, I think you are right. Thought it may have been something old, but it’s in an area where weddings still happen.

A picture of the back will help ID your button but I agree with Crusader that it is modern.
