does any one have any ideas thanks it appears to be 2pc and 5/8" i cant see any marks on the back

I'm going to guess by looking at it that it's a civilian button made to look like a navy Maybe late 1800's to mid 1900's

Yes its a civilian blazer button made in a Navy motiff. I found one similar in my backyard with a rusted back.
