Button ID help

Found this nice button today. It is 16mm, Heraldic, right facing eagle with oak leaf wreath. It has a single star over the head. The back is toasted. Anu thoughts on ID.

I'm no expert, but it looks like it might be German the way the eagle looks.

It' has me stumped. It has the "look" to it but I can't find anything in Alberts or Tices that is even close. Hopefully this will get solved soon.

I think the back points toward fashion/blazer.(it does look poor modelling) I'll wait for the answer.
