Button ID Help and bar items

any info on this small eagle button with script written above it and these 3 bar items with one being a button,i believe they are early militia medals here in southern nj. late 1700's? thanks for any info.

I'm fairly certain that the button has "E Pluribis Unum" above the eagle. I think they date to about 1830, and we're political in nature (not military). But surely someone here has some more specic info these.

I guess these items are rare and not seen often. Can't find any info anywhere.thanks anyway and happy holidays
