Button ID Help Again.

Found this button today in the same place as the last. Can you help me ID it. it is smaller than a dime and apears to be 3 piece

Where did you find this button? The only insignia I can find for a non-fouled anchor is one used by the Coast Guard. Some of their unit have a single non-fouled anchor on their patches. A non-fouled anchor is a rarity for US forces. I can't find any buttons with a single non-fouled anchor and no backmark which leads me to think it may be a decorative button.
