Found in central Louisiana, is back marked Fecheimer & Bros, which is a post war backmark, I assume the A is for Academy?

Maybe Chamberlain Hunt Academy out of Port Gibson, MS?

There is a button for them listed in Alberts (SU 54) which is more elaborate than your CHA button. But I thought the location looked promising for where it was found and also on a quick search I did see this yearbook image with the "CHA" on the wall in the back -
