Button Help

Found these buttons at an old cellar hole in Southern NH.First Button - Back: Outer ring has two stars at about 9 & 3 o’clock. Top, starting at one star and ending at the other, looks like “TURNER BOWER & CO”. Bottom has “BEST TREBLE”. The inner circle has 6 stars and each is separated by a design of 3 or 4 dots. Also seems to be silver or something around the shank.

Bob, no ID on the buttons, but they are in great shape! wtg!

Bottom one is called a 'Dandy' Button circa 1780s.

Hi Bob, I agree that looks like a Dandy from the 1700's. I've found a few in the area also. I love those old buttons. Congrats on your find!

Lightened up your Turner Bower button, have not found any data on it.
