Adding to Zippidy-Do-Daa's correct ID for your button:
It is shown on pages 309-10 in the Albert button-book, as button #VN-50a. A somewhat later version, having a lined background around the emblem, and a border, is VN-50b. Both are definitely post-civil-war, but nonetheless, more than a century old.
