Button help

Plenty of letters on both sides of button. Can't figure it out. On front looks like one word is NEL-ENAN. Back side looks like C.Watkinson. Did my best with pictures.

I forget the name of those buttons but they were used on poor mans shoddy suits. The textile used were low quality, second grade material and they all have advertising on them. Often called advertisment buttons. C.Watkinson is probably the suit maker.. 4-hole buttons have been manufactured continuously since about 1830.

I believe it is O.Watkinson. All I can find was a little that makes me believe he founded the first Cotton mill in Vermont but can't find anything else. Any ideas?
