Not much hope for those. Just enjoy them as they are.

Rub a little bit of olive oil on them to help bring out the details.

If you want to get more aggressive and they aren't valuable, use aluminum jelly from Ace Hardware, or try toilet bowl cleaner. Don't leave it on for more than a few minutes at a time, and use some baking soda and water after cleaning to neutralize the solution. Use at your own risk!
