I found this at a site in MA that has produced some early 1800s coins
It is just smaller than a quarter but bigger than a nickle
It has thirteen stars a lined or ribbed back ground .Wings down
Fat claw feet with nothing in or under them
The back is crust and unreadable Thanks Mike
