Button find - Military or decorative?

Can't determine if this has any value, age or importance...or is just a decorative civilian button found in 4 inches outside a 1918 home. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!! GD

Looks like a post-1900 "blazer" button. A lot of them have coat-of-arms designs.
