Button find - anybody know what it is?

I was out coin shooting at a park and found this button.
It's dome shaped and slightly larger than a nickel.
It has a torch like a merc, arrows and some stars and possible hanging flags too.

There's nothing on the back, it's shaped like a bowl (dome?)

If genuine, around $5-10, I think. Maybe someone can find a current or recent price on eBay.

However, some older European military buttons have been reproduced in recent times for use as "blazer" or fashion buttons on civilian clothing. Whether this is one of them, I can't say.

I found this in a park in San Pedro, Ca - It's probably a repro. -It's a long way from home.
