Buried treasure in court of appeals of Tennessee (w/map)

One of the strangest aspects of this case involves a map that Dewey Moore drew for his daughter Brenda when she visited him in the hospital. Ms. Martin testified that her father told her that he had buried money underneath the soil of his Tennessee home place, and drew the map as he explained where it was. The map has been made a part of the record. It features a few simple shapes drawn on brown paper with a felt tip marker, with no words or numbers. Ms. Martin is the only person who can possibly understand the map, but the property where the money was allegedly buried now belongs solely to Ms. Moore.
