Today i went to the Wheat stubble field, it wasn't plowed... Soil was hard as concrete, the sun was burning and the stubbles high. It is not easy to find a hotspot in such a large field so i only crisscrossed the area where the cropmarks were. Nothing spectacular... a bunch of trash, near a pound brass in casings, driving bands and fuze frags, some lead, buckles, buttons, coins and a medieval fibula. Lower row left is a roman scrappie, then a coin weight, the aluminium one with the triangle is local token money from shortly after WWI and right is a 1923 french token. On the pic with the lead is a pipe cap and a flint from a rifle too.
