Dug a few bullets and a Eagle I button in my honey hole Cavalry spot.. I was hunting with a friend who just spent $3,200 on a Minelab and i out dug him with my Fisher 1266x, he was just getting use to the machine and something to do with dog fence interference making the machine not dig right? even though the dog fence was about 70 yards away... If anyone knows anything about that kind of interference let me know, something to do with cancel mode?

Congrats on some great finds. Just got a new T2 and I must admit I hate learning a new machine. I have on more than one occasion seen a guy take a mid priced or much older machine and properly spank others with the latest and greatest. Can take a long time to really get productive with some of them.:icon_thumleft:

I just don't get it.. he was digging more nails than anything. he told me the machine can pick up a good bullet signal 16+ inches in the ground, he finally ended up digging 3 bullets but he was digging more nails than anything. $3,200 is awful lot of money for a MD but i guess it is worth it, dunno.
