OK, I've seen alot of posts with the bullets with three rings around them, and I found one today. What are these? I'm in Oregon, and there was no skirmishes (let alone battles) here during the civil war.... Are these repro's or something for black powder, or what?

Oh yeah, I don't have my calipers at home, but it's .375 in diameter plus or minus .010 thou....

It could be one of several different cartriges. My 1st thought is maybe .38/55.
