Bullet shot coins - here's mine - let's see yours

I have found three bullet shot coins in my TH'ing career.
Two are just about dead center, nice shots, the other a bit off center.

One is a Franklin Pierce Cracker Jack presidential medal collector piece.

Then there's a Red Goose Shoes, $1.00 token, perfectly on center.

Finally, a 1867 Indian Head penny. Nice shot!

All these were found at old home or farm sites.

I would like to see your bullet holed coins. Please share them here and the story about how you found them.

I wish I had a scanner for better resolution, but here's the best I could do with my camera.

HH to all!

very cool! I do not have any though...maybe someday! :D

Re: Bullet shot coins - here's mine - let's see yours

I do not have any bullet shot coins but I did find a flattened quarter with the impression of a nickel on it. I guess some child put a quarter and then a nickel on it on a set of RR tracks and a train ran over it.

I did however find a 45 bullet in Germany that looks like it was hit by another 45 bullet.

Two recent finds. A modern quarter and a wheat penny.

Have found a bunch of these here on the island. Billy Hill lived here and used to work for Remington Arms and did demo shoots for them with Annie Oakley.(reportedly outshot her).

Mainedigger - That Remington Arms token, for a lack of a better word, is one of the sweetest things I've seen, and with that history - Wow !
