When you see multiple tiny parallel ridges inside the body-groove(s) on a bullet, it means the bullet was manufactured no early than 1877, and more likely is from sometime in the 20th-Century. That type of bullet groove is called a "reeded groove" or "knurled cannelure." Still being manufactured today. See the photo below.
