I found this by an old tree in Ann Arbor MI There are threads on the back as shown. there is a symbol barely viabble looks like a triangle with a D inside .I took some pics any help would be Awesome.The triangle symbol with what looks like a D insiside is on the lip by the threaded area.Thanks

A first glance it looks like a bullet, but after looking at it, I don't think so. That said, I don't know what it is, some guesses, kids toy bullet, movie prop bullet,

It is old and pitted and heavy I think your right its probably not a bullet. There are threads in the opening on the back for some reason I don't think any bullets had that. There is not a lot of history to Ann Arbor as far as battles ect.I do a lot of research hard to even find many silver coins.Thanks for the reply Tommy

If it's made from lead 20:1 says it's a plumb weight for construction. Would explain the threading in back, for attaching an eyebolt and string.
