Bullet Id please

Can anyone tell me what type of bullet this is? I am wondering about the 3rd from the left. Pictured with it are a modern .30 cal bullet and a .45 ACP round for size comparison. I do not have a pic of the bottom, but it is solid with only a conical depression.

Could we see a better pic of the side at different angle.I think it might be a fired ringtail sharps.
