dug this cartridge bullet near the .378 pistol ball where I have dug lots of various bullets from all time periods from Seminole and Civil War activity to modern 1900s ammunition. This one is rotted away on the brass casing leaving me no head stamp info. It looks like some old lead to me but I trust you experts more than myself. Could it have been a 44 Henry from CW era or later perhaps?

What is lead measurements , could be a 41 rim fire , but hard to say with case measurement ?

That was my guess as well. .41 Rimfire with a bit of the case still around the bullet. Third from the left is a close profile match.
