Bullet and Brass ID please

Please help me ID these two bullets...they were both found within feet of eachother. The Brass was found around the same area....Thanks for the help

If you could clean up the head of the ctg. case and give diameter in .001 inch maybe we could ID it

Your cartridge case looks to be a Spencer hull. Your bullet looks to be modern.

I found a complete / intact brass similar to yours a while back, with the same O.D. at the rim base - With the "+" symbol (meaning Swiss made cartridge) in the center of your brass and the O.D. @ the base of the rim being close to .622 I will guess it's a .41 Swiss.

Lead looks older to me especially last two pics.
