Bullet and blank shells .how old ?

Yes they are blanks .I think the big one are 30-06 and the smaller ones 223.The bullet look to be a 45 auto.
The small one in picture#5 has not been fired. I think they date around 1990 .
 

If you look at the headstamp you'll see one is from 1989 and the other from 1993.

The larger ones are actually 7.62 x 51 NATO which is the same as .308, a little shorter than a 30-06. The smaller ones are .223, but in military terms would be called 5.56 x 45. The dates of 89 and 93 are right and they were made at the Lake City Arsenal.
