It is another Confederate .44 "Richmond Laboratory" bullet. It is bullet #35 in the T&T "Handbook Of Civil war Bullets & Cartridges."

The .44 Hazard bullet (#32 in the T&T "Handbook") has a narrow raised band below its body-groove, very similar to a US .44 Colt bullet (T&T #34). The Hazard bullet's name comes from being manufactured by the Hazard Powder Company of Hazardville Connecticut.
