Dug this buckle from an old dump. Near Toronto, Ohio. It had a belt attacked to it but it fell apart when I lifted it up. I did clean it with a brush and soap and water. I would like to know its origin. I checked old coal and clay mine and Fire Company names with no luck. Any info. Appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Murph, I did further research using your info and your wright on the money. No. 55 was chartered in 1896 and some of the other stuff I found dates 1920s and 30s. So I guess it’s an early 1900s example. Thanks again Don
