Yep thats what it is. I finally found one just like it on the net. Wonder how old it is? There
was no other info with the pics.

Great Seal of the United States on a rosette. How many points do the stars have? Beginning in 1841, the stars had five points instead of six.

I dont have the rosette but zooming in on a different pic it is five. Thanks for all the info and help!
