Looks similar to Romanesque art, not sure on the date but maybe early 1900s

Agree. Except it's only half a buckle. :(

Most of your stuff is mid-1800's. You should be able to match the bit of a plate in the upper right. One of those "Gothic ruins" patterns, or Italian villas. Definitely English transferware.

The Willow is also ID-able, there are some good books on that.
