Hello everyone. Hope you've been out doing what we do !!
Yesterday I found a new site hit a kg3 and few other relics
Today I was digging by an old stump I found
This buckle I don't know if it's two halves of same buckle or two separate items
Any info on age era would be great.
Scrappy pointed out it seems stamped so we were thinking 1800s somewhere also a cool flat button not far away. Thanks eastcoast image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

Now that is a cool buckle - I do believe that is a Cricket Player represented in there - maybe late 1800's era - might take a lottle while to find an exact ID but there are a few on the net.

Not an exact match but some similarities

I think deepsecrets nailed it with the Cricket ID. I'd also recommend some Corn Husker's lotion for those poor old weather cracked hands

by the way, I believe they are two different buckles. the smaller one looks to be a woman's tongue and wreath sash buckle. my best guess is around early 1890's
