buckle help please - SOLVED

Hit an old farm house this a.m., found a early 1800's 6th regiment button earlier there and today found this buckle/plate....any ideas on what it is?? Thanks

Looks like it was originally a two piece buckle, perhaps with a young lady on the other half, so that the two figures were checking each other out... then with a matching wreath around her so as to make the whole thing look symmetrical. Just a guess though.

This is a c. 1900-05 lady's dress buckle depicting Napoleon II as played by the famed actress Sarah Bernhardt in Edmond Rostand's tragedy L'Aiglon, based on the life of the young emperor, who died at 21. There are dress buttons of the same design:
