A size on the buckle will likely be of help, but it looks like it originally had three prongs.
The large "button" is actually a tax token, as seen here (but not a specifically a match); Luxury Tax Tokens. These are mostly from the 1930's and 40's.
The one with 13 stars is a WW2 or later military M-1941 button/tack.

The 2 top buttons are called Lock & Key buttons. We'd need to see the back of them to determine the age.

Yeah the tax token was easy, we find them all the time. But the key/lock buttons were stumping didn't see any markings on the back.

The belt buckle was about 2-1/2" - 3" tall.

Here is the ID for your star button on the bottom right. It's a 1917-WWII Military tack button off GI pants.
